Rainbows End Cabernet Franc 750ml Rainbow’s End has the perfect Terroir for Cabernet Franc. For it’s price it is arguably the best Cabernet Franc in SA for the last 5 years, competing with bigger and more expensive brands. This being said there aren’t many single cultivar Cabernet Franc’s in SA. This is a smooth easy drinking wine, especially if you keep in mind it is a 2012 with an aging potential of up to 8 years. Nuances of dark cherry, earthy, black berries, tobacco and black forest cake. There is underlying fynbos and lavender but no heavy vegetativeness.
