Rainbows End Cabernet Sauvignon 750ml Banghoek is a great area for Cabernet Sauvignon. We only pick Cabernet Sauvignon in the last week of March/first week of April. Slow ripening and picking at optimal ripeness allows a lower alcohol vol. Something in between Old and New World style. Accessable at a young age but can also age for up to 6 years. This wine pleases old style and new world fruit style Cabernet supporters. It balances the blackcurrant/cassis fruit and the earthy, barnyard old style character very elegantly.
