Dawn Patrol Syrah 750ml Handpicked from 17-year-old dryland vines on Swartland schist soils. 100% de-stemmed and fermented in open-top fermenters. Elevage took place in 500L French oak puncheons for 12 months. TASTING NOTES The opulent bright fruit and subtle oak with imbued hints of clove spice, ripe cherries and violets creates a lovely, soft – textured and elegant wine to be enjoyed now or over the next 5 years palate.
