Pale copper in colour with gentle legs. Good fruit upfront, strawberry and cherry, with decent body and mouthfeel. A little citrus comes through on the clean, crisp finish. This is very nice wine! Don’t be put off by the poor photo or the screwcap, the 2022 we have in stock is actually in a Bordeaux shaped bottle and the label (drawn by Boris’s young daughter Amelie) looks much better in person! This is a great option for the roasting hot summer weather.
