Cava No11 Rosado Organic Brut Dominio de la Vega This is a fantastic organic Rose Cava. Lovely strawberry flavours with a hint of sweetness, fine mousse then a nice dry finish. Again nicely integrated natural acidity so none of that “burn” synonymous with cheap factory produced cavas! It is delicious and I expect it to be a big hit. .
