Grapes for its manufacture are grown in biodynamic vineyards. The crop undergoes spontaneous alcoholic fermentation using natural yeast and maceration on the skin for 10 days. Then the wine is aged for several months in oak barrels older than 80 years and bottled without the addition of sulfur (or with a minimum amount).
