From it, the company creates one of the most successful and impeccable wines in the region. Pinot Noir “Clos de la Faille” vintage grapes are grown on a plot of 1 hectare next to the Grand Cru Hengs, which is exclusively owned by Domain Albert Mann. Ideally fenced off, it is remarkably located in the fault zone, between the Vosges mountains and a small array of shrubs typical of the Mediterranean zone, orchids and other flowers. The soil of the vineyard is well drained and rich in iron oxide, which gives the soil a red color.The wine label Albert Mann, Pinot Noir “Clos de la Faye” , made by French artist Franois Bruetschy, meets the character of the wine and terroir “Clos de la Faille” through limited use of color and graphic aspect. There is a synthesis of the abstract mental landscape and the real hilly and sunny landscape, where grapes ripen, where among the shadows and light people lay trails and live in caves.
